ParaVista StaysPlatform Fees Explained
How ParaVista's 10% service fee and creator referral commissions work.
ParaVista charges a service fee on completed bookings and partnerships. There are no monthly subscriptions, setup costs, or hidden charges.
Booking Fee: 10%
ParaVista charges a flat 10% service fee on all bookings, calculated on the subtotal plus cleaning fee. This covers payment processing, platform infrastructure, and customer support. The fee is the same for all bookings.
Creator Referral Commission
When a booking comes through a creator's referral link, ParaVista pays the creator a 2.5% referral commission out of our 10% fee. This means the host payout is the same regardless of whether the booking was direct or creator-driven — the commission comes from our share, not yours.
Partnership Escrow: 10%
For partnership cash payments held in escrow, a 10% platform fee is deducted when funds are released to the creator after deliverables are approved.
Additional Fees
Guests pay a $15 damage protection fee (Truvi Protection Pro) per booking. Tax rates are set per property by the host and vary by location.
