When do I pay fees?
Guests pay a 10% fee when they book a stay, added to the host's price. Creators pay a 10% fee on cash payments received from hosts. Hosts pay nothing to ParaVista—their only cost is the stay or cash they offer creators.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for secure payments. Guests and hosts can pay via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Creators receive payouts directly to their bank account or debit card.
Can hosts offer just a free stay with no cash?
Absolutely! Many hosts offer free stays only, which is a great way to get started. There's no platform fee on free stays for creators—they get the full value of the stay.
How do booking commissions work?
Hosts can offer creators a percentage of bookings their content generates. We track this using unique booking links. Commission payments are processed monthly and are subject to the 10% creator fee.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No! ParaVista is completely free to join and browse. Guests only pay when they book. Creators only pay fees on cash earnings. Hosts pay nothing to ParaVista. No hidden costs, no monthly fees.
What if a collaboration doesn't work out?
Payments are held in escrow until deliverables are approved. If there's a dispute, our support team mediates. Hosts are protected from undelivered content—funds are only released when they approve.
