ParaVista StaysListing Your Property
Step-by-step guide to creating a property listing on ParaVista.
Listing your property on ParaVista is free. From your dashboard, click "Add Property" and follow the guided setup.
Property Details
Enter your property type (cabin, beach house, treehouse, etc.), title, description, location, and amenities. A compelling description and accurate amenity list help attract both guests and creators.
Photos
Upload high-quality photos of your property. You can drag to reorder them — the first photo becomes your listing cover image. We recommend at least 10 photos covering all rooms, outdoor spaces, and unique features.
Pricing & Availability
Set your nightly rate, cleaning fee, tax rate, minimum and maximum stay length, and guest capacity. You can also sync your calendar from other platforms using an iCal URL to prevent double bookings.
Publishing
Review your listing and click Publish. Your property will be immediately visible to guests and creators. You can pause or edit your listing at any time from the dashboard.
