ParaVista StaysUnderstanding Host Payouts
How and when you get paid for bookings on ParaVista.
Host payouts are processed automatically through Stripe Connect. After a guest checks out, your payout is initiated within 24 hours.
Payout Amount
You receive the booking subtotal (nightly rate times nights) plus the cleaning fee, minus the 10% platform service fee. The fee is the same whether the booking is direct or creator-driven. When a creator drives a booking through their referral link, we pay them a 2.5% commission out of our fee.
Stripe Connect Setup
To receive payouts, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding during host setup. This verifies your identity and connects your bank account. Payouts typically arrive in your bank within 2-3 business days after being initiated.
